The EMS Leadership Podcast is a video and audio series from The Public Safety Consulting Group (PSCG) for EMS chiefs, supervisors, dispatch leaders and public safety officials. Each episode focuses on practical leadership: operations, clinical quality improvement, communications centers, workforce development, finance and advocacy.
The podcast is hosted by Michael A. Loiz, a paramedic and EMS executive with more than 32 years in emergency medical services. Michael leads PSCG, which was founded in 2005, and serves as NAEMT Connecticut Advocacy Coordinator and Chair of the Legislative Committee of the Connecticut EMS Advisory Board.
