Michael A. Loiz brings over 32 years of comprehensive experience in emergency medical services, public safety education, emergency management and dispatch operations. His career spans roles as a paramedic, EMS director, EMS executive, advocate, educator, expert witness and consultant, providing him with a unique 360-degree perspective on public safety challenges.

Sandra Miro has more than 20 years of experience in emergency communications, dispatch center leadership and customer support. As PSCG’s Manager and Consultant, she brings real-world 911 operations experience, team development and quality improvement to every engagement.
Sandra began her career in 2004 at American Medical Response in New Haven, where she was a system status controller, 911 call receiver and communications training officer for a large statewide EMS dispatch center. She later worked as a public safety dispatcher for the Shelton Police Department. From 2010 to 2015, she was Telecommunications Coordinator at Hunters Ambulance, managing a seven-position 911 medical dispatch center and its budgeting, scheduling, training, CQI, CAD/RMS, radio systems and ProQA/AQUA programs.
Since 2015, Sandra has worked at Apple’s AppleCare organization, where she is now part of its Leadership Academy and its Mentoring and Return to Work program, coaching advisors and supporting team managers.
